Ceremonies are available throughout multiple elegant spaces inside the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, including the Brandmeyer Great Hall, 7th Floor Balcony, Founders’ Lounge, Muriel Kauffman Theatre and Helzberg Hall. Outdoor terrace and skyline-view spaces may also be available depending on event size, setup and venue scheduling.

Included in the Ceremony fee:

• Rental fee for selected ceremony space(s)
• Venue staff and event support
• Access to staging and preparation areas
• Coordination with Kauffman Center event staff
• Event setup and breakdown scheduling assistance

Not included in the Ceremony fee:

• Décor and specialty items, subject to approval
• Ceremony chairs and specialty furnishings
• Musicians and entertainment
• Audio/visual upgrades and specialty lighting
• Catering and bar service
• Reception fees including rental, food and beverage and additional production costs

Considerations:

• Event space availability is based on performance schedules and venue operations.
• Outside vendors may require approval from Kauffman Center event staff.
• A professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator is strongly recommended.
• Weather backup plans may be required for terrace or outdoor-adjacent spaces.
• Load-in, setup and strike times will be coordinated directly with the venue.
• Wedding ceremonies are available when paired with a reception rental at the Kauffman Center.

Kauffman Center Wedding Receptions 

Standalone receptions and full wedding celebrations are available at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. Rental fees vary based on selected venue spaces, guest count, timing, setup requirements and event enhancements.
