Ceremonies may be hosted within Kimball Ballroom or in select outdoor and campus event spaces throughout Stephens College, depending on availability and event setup needs.
Included in the Ceremony Fee:

- Basic setup and teardown
Not Included in the Ceremony Fee:
- Décor and specialty items, subject to venue approval
- Ceremony musicians and entertainment
- Floral arrangements
- Catering and beverage services
- Photography and videography services
- Reception fees including rental, food and beverage, and additional event costs
Considerations:
- A wedding coordinator is strongly recommended
- A designated day-of contact who is not part of the bridal party may be required
- Vendor access and setup schedules must be coordinated through event staff
- Weather backup plans are recommended for any outdoor campus activities or photography
- Additional fees may apply for extended access times or additional event spaces
