Ceremonies are available in both indoor and outdoor event spaces throughout the property, including elegant ballroom settings and scenic outdoor terraces and lawn-style areas depending on availability and season.

Included in the Ceremony fee:

  • Rental fee for selected ceremony space (indoor ballroom or outdoor terrace/lawn areas, based on availability)
  • Access to designated ceremony setup space
  • On-site venue staff support and coordination
  • Standard event setup according to hotel guidelines

Not included in the Ceremony fee:

  • Décor and specialty design elements (subject to hotel approval)
  • Ceremony chairs and specialty seating setups
  • Live musicians or entertainment (including bands or DJs)
  • Tenting or weather protection structures
  • Reception-related services including food, beverage, and production upgrades

Considerations:

  • Outdoor ceremonies require a weather backup plan with indoor alternatives recommended
  • All décor and installations must be approved by the venue to align with property standards
  • A professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator is strongly recommended
  • Separate bridal party staging areas may be limited, so off-site preparation is often advised
  • Final layout and space usage depend on guest count, season, and hotel operations

Stand-alone receptions or combined ceremony + reception experiences are available at the property. Reception spaces include elegant ballrooms and flexible indoor venues designed for dining, dancing, and live entertainment.

Included in the rental fee:

  • On-site hotel staff and banquet coordination support
  • Standard tables, chairs, and setup (based on selected package and space)
