Ceremonies are available in a variety of beautiful outdoor garden spaces across the property.

Included in the Ceremony fee:

• Rental of ceremony space (options include formal garden areas and outdoor lawn settings throughout the Arboretum grounds)
• Access to designated post-ceremony gathering areas
• Event coordination support and on-site Arboretum staff
• Two staging areas for wedding party use

Not included in the Ceremony fee:

• Décor and specialty installations (subject to Arboretum approval)
• Ceremony chairs
• Musicians and live entertainment
• Tenting or weather structures
• Reception-related costs (food, beverage, rentals, etc.)

Considerations:

• Tenting availability is location-dependent and subject to Arboretum approval and operational requirements
• Approved tenting must be arranged and paid for at booking; all tent fees are non-refundable
• It is recommended that the bridal party prepare off-site, as staging areas do not include mirrors, restrooms, or full dressing facilities
• A professional wedding coordinator is strongly recommended, and a designated day-of contact (not part of the wedding party) is required
• Ceremony bookings are typically paired with reception rentals when applicable
• Weather backup plans are required for all outdoor ceremonies

The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden Wedding Receptions 

Stand-alone receptions and combined ceremony + reception packages are available. Pricing varies based on selected spaces, timing, guest count, and setup requirements.

Reception venues may include select indoor and outdoor garden-adjacent spaces throughout the Arboretum.

Reception venues include:

• Use of event space (typically up to a defined rental period)
• On-site Arboretum staff support
• Standard china and glassware (for approved guest counts depending on package)

Not included in the rental fee: 

• Food and beverage services
• Décor and specialty rentals (subject to approval)
• Musicians or live entertainment
• Tables, chairs, linens, and specialty rentals (unless otherwise included in package)
• Extended china and glassware beyond package limits

Considerations:

• Service fees may apply depending on package selection
• Outside wedding cakes are typically permitted with approval
• Weather contingency planning is required for all outdoor reception
