Planning Considerations
- Ceremony coordination is available for up to 250 guests for an additional $1,500
- Off-season discounts are available for January, February, and March weddings ($500 off ceremonies)
- Bridal Suite and Groom’s Suite are available from the start of your 14-hour rental, giving wedding parties a full morning to get ready at their own pace
- Both suites are located next door to each other, making the transition to the ceremony seamless
- A professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator is strongly recommended
Leo Ballroom Wedding Receptions
Full wedding receptions at Leo Ballroom accommodate up to 350 guests, with the space fully furnished and customizable to your taste. Floor plans include 60” round tables, 6ft and 8ft banquet tables, black or white linens and napkins, and gold chiavari chairs.
Customizable front entry and bar spaces offer cocktail hour options for guests, with glassware and bar offerings included based on your package selection, along with black or white cocktail tables placed around the space.
All rentals are 14 hours (9 AM–11 PM), providing ample time for both preparation and celebration, and every phase of the evening—cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing—flows seamlessly from one to the next.
