Included in the Ceremony fee:

• Rental of selected ceremony space (indoor ballroom or outdoor ceremony locations at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center)
• Access to designated pre-function or post-ceremony gathering areas based on event layout
• On-site event staff and coordination support
• Staging or preparation areas for wedding parties or vendors

Not included in the Ceremony fee:

• Custom décor, floral installations, and specialty design elements (subject to venue approval)
• Ceremony chairs, arches, or upgraded furniture rentals

Included in the rental fee:
