Ceremonies at The Eldridge Hotel are typically hosted in select indoor event spaces throughout the property, including the hotel’s ballroom and other signature historic rooms designed for weddings and private gatherings. These spaces offer a refined, classic atmosphere right in the heart of downtown Lawrence.

Included in the Ceremony fee:

• Rental of the selected ceremony space within The Eldridge Hotel (indoor event rooms and ballroom-style settings)
• Access to designated pre-ceremony or nearby gathering areas depending on event layout
• Hotel event staff support and coordination assistance
• Basic staging or setup access for wedding parties and vendors

Not included in the Ceremony fee:

• Décor, floral installations, and specialty design elements (subject to hotel approval)
• Ceremony chairs, furniture upgrades, or specialty rentals
• Live entertainment such as wedding bands, DJs, or additional musicians
• Reception services or food & beverage packages (booked separately through the hotel)

• Décor, lighting design, and specialty production elements (subject to approval)

• Specialty rentals beyond standard tables, chairs, linens, and place settings
