Included in the Ceremony fee:

• Rental of selected ceremony space (indoor or outdoor event areas at The Hudson)
• Access to designated pre-function or post-ceremony gathering spaces (based on venue layout)
• Venue event staff and coordination support
• Two staging or preparation areas for wedding parties or vendors

Not included in the Ceremony fee:

• Décor and specialty installations (subject to venue approval)
• Ceremony chairs and furniture rentals
• Live musicians or entertainment (such as wedding bands or DJs)
• Tenting or weather structures for outdoor spaces
• Reception-related costs (separate rental, food & beverage, staffing, etc.)

Considerations:

• Outdoor ceremonies may require weather contingency planning depending on the selected space
• Any approved tenting or weather coverage is subject to availability and venue approval, and must be coordinated through the event planning team (fees may be due at booking and could be non-refundable)
• Bridal parties are encouraged to prepare off-site, as on-property staging areas may not include full dressing-room amenities (such as private suites, mirrors, or dedicated prep rooms)
• A professional wedding coordinator is strongly recommended, and a designated day-of contact (not part of the wedding party) is typically required
