Planning Considerations
- Tenting is circumstantial based on location, size, and museum operations
- Cost for any approved tenting must be paid at the time of reserving the tent through event planning; tent fees are non-refundable
- We recommend the bridal party dress off-site, as museum staging areas do not offer restrooms, mirrors, etc.
- A wedding coordinator is strongly recommended, and a day-of contact who is not part of the bridal party is required
- Wedding ceremonies are an option when renting the museum for a wedding reception
- Weather back-up is required for any outdoor event
